The Children's Ministry
Hi ... hi... Children of the Lord!
The Children’s Ministry, which is the children’s wing of the Church, meets on Sundays before the adult service.
The Children’s Ministry trains children along biblical precepts of balanced growth. This includes lessons on Salvation, Worship and Obedience. It supports such training with games, quizzes and Sword Drills.
Additionally, it ministers to primary schools and orphans and organises vacation Bible schools and camp meetings. It also conducts counselling sessions, organises media evangelism, and carries out other specialised
children-related functions.
The Youth Ministry
Youth! Arise and shine!!!
The Youth Ministry takes care of the youth of the Church. It meets on Mondays. Its students’ wing, called Pentecost Students and Associates (PENSA), operates in second cycle and tertiary institutions. It is vibrant in evangelism and leadership training.
The Ministry carries out evangelism, i.e., preaches, witnesses and wins souls; encourages the youth to participate fully in the programmes and activities of the Church and further exposes them to the various ministries within the Church.
It affords the youth the full opportunity to plan and organise programmes and activities for evangelism in schools, colleges and the tertiary institutions, and encourages them to develop their gifts and qualities of leadership, plan and organise programmes and activities that meet the peculiar needs and aspirations of the youth as
well as carrying out other specialized Youth-related ministries.
The Women's Ministry

The Men's Ministry
Men!... The image and the glory of God
The Pentecost Men’s Ministry (PEMEM) caters for the interest of all the men in the Church.
The Men’s Ministry organises seminars, workshops, lectures and symposia on all aspects of life including: Marriage enrichment, husbands’ responsibilities at home, child care and education; business management and techniques; leadership and
responsibility in the Church and the State; current affairs at both national and international levels; the teaching of basic principles of domestic law and other specialized men-related ministries.
The Evangelism Ministry
Sons of God ... March Forward!
This is the evangelistic wing of the Church. It meets on Thursdays.
This Ministry undertakes gospel rallies, crusades, conventions, house-to-house evangelism, and other forms of evangelism, etc.
These include preaching, witnessing, winning and discipling souls, and encouraging church members to participate in the programmes and activities of the
Church and to further expose them to the various ministries within the Church. It affords members of the Church the opportunity to plan and organize programmes
and activities for evangelism in villages, towns and cities and other specialised evangelism- related ministries.
It also carries out counseling sessions and ministers to prisoners and Rastafarians, emerging religious groups, the physically challenged, drug addicts,
politicians and in hospitals; organises beach and any other specialised areas of evangelism
The Ministry To Persons with Disabilities (MPWDs)
Ministry to Persons with Disabilities (MPWDs) is a ministry of The Church of Pentecost which was
birthed in the Vision 2023. The MPWDs seeks to build a strong ministry to Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) through effective evangelism and
discipleship, as well as create an enabling environment to promote their spiritual, emotional and personal growth in order to impact the church,
their communities, and nations. MPWDs has as her vision, to become an effective and significant ministry, which in collaboration with the church,
projects the love of Christ to PWDs across the nations, not only to win these souls for Christ but, also, to grant PWDs opportunities to actively
take part in the Kingdom business.
The Home & Urban Missions (HUM)
The Church of Pentecost is a mission-minded church which, over the years, has sought to reach out to all classes
of people across many countries in the world. In the early 1990s it introduced a ministry called “Northern Outreach
Ministry” (NOM), which sought to reach out to Ghanaian Northerners who had moved to the Southern communities for better
life and opportunities. Many years after its introduction, it was assimilated into the mainstream assemblies. At the 2019 Extraordinary
Council Meetings of the church, the Executive Council, under the leadership of Apostle Eric Nyamekye, introduced a new ministry under the name,
“Home and Urban Missions” (HUM). HUM is focused on reaching out to foreigners who are living in Ghana either on short visit or longer stay.
These may include the Chinese, Koreans, Lebanese, Syrians, Arabs, Germans, etc. HUM seeks to reach out to these people, evangelise them and establish for them churches which
will be relevant to their cultures and traditions. The intention is to reach “all people” with the message of Christ.
The Church Of Pentecost Chaplaincy Ministry
There has been an urgent need for the church of God to respond to the societal needs for integrity,
equity, righteousness, social injustice, insensitivities in the dealings of humanity. The Church of Pentecost
has responded to this need through a mix of strategies/interventions. The Chaplaincy Board and the Chaplaincy
Ministry has been set up as part of this mix of strategies being deployed to impact the world of institutions,
organisations, business entities, etc. that serve society; including hospitals, prisons and correctional facilities,
schools and educational facilities, emergency services, orphanages and aged homes, chieftaincy, etc.
The Pentecost Students & Associates (PENSA)

The Counseling Ministry
Although the centre of Christianity has shifted to Africa, this growth is not commensurate with the provision of counselling services to address the
psychosocial challenges and the mental health needs of supplicants in order to facilitate their spiritual growth. The rise of destitution in Africa,
low number of trained mental health workers, and the poor expenditure patterns of most African governments on mental health present clear reasons why
the church in Africa should be a partner in the provision of caregiving support and mental health services of the population. In the Vision 2023 of The
Church of Pentecost (CoP), there is an intentional plan to expand counselling and mental health support services in the church. The Church of Pentecost
Counselling Ministry- COPCOM is one of the specialised ministries in the church that provides specialised services to the Church public. Its mission is to
provide competent counselling and mental health services to make the Christian effective, ready to serve, and transform their communities. Consequently,
the vision of COPCOM is to become a leading Christian Counselling Ministry in the Church and in Ghana that will provide both lay and professional services
to individuals and help them to make informed decisions that will impact their lives and their communities.

Pentecost Workers’ Guilds are professionals and non-professionals of The Church of Pentecost who work in defined institutions and are committed to attaining the church’s Vision 2023.

To serve as role models at our workplaces and to mentor the young ones to become responsible and Christ-like adults.
To use the synergies in the Workers’ Guilds to create jobs, grow businesses, share professional and other expertise and to provide career guidance for career progression.
To mobilize resources for the attainment of the vision of the guilds.
